For Olive Mills

We work closely with olive mills to offer visitors a complete immersion in the olive oil production process. Mills can create and manage their own experiences directly on our platform, benefiting from increased visibility and an international audience. Olivee.com provides support in promoting and managing bookings, ensuring a steady flow of interested visitors.

For Tour Operators

Tour operators can use Olivee.com to sell their food and wine packages. Unlike mills, which offer specific experiences at their facilities, tour operators can propose more comprehensive experiences that include visits to olive mills, wineries, historic cities, and other attractions. They can upload their tours directly onto our platform, benefiting from the same intuitive management tools we offer to mills.

How much does the service offered by Olivee.com cost?

The service does not have a fixed price. It is based on a commission for each booking made and successfully completed. This commission is paid directly by the customer. Providers are paid once a month for bookings made and completed in the previous month. There are no listing fees and no fixed costs.

How does payment work?

Olivee.com will charge the total amount to the customer’s card as soon as the booking is confirmed. Subsequently, as a provider, we will transfer your share minus the commission for the previous month; the current commission rate is 20%.

How will I be informed that I have a booking?

As a service provider, you can check all bookings in the dedicated part of your account. Additionally, you will not miss any information thanks to notifications sent to your email address.

How can I promote my offers to foreign tourists?

We take care of that. Our services also include language localization. You just need to send us the descriptions of the services offered, and we will handle the translation into other languages!

How is invoicing managed between Olivee.com and the mill or agency?

Not being VAT registered, we illustrate with an example how invoicing will be managed:

In your mill X, in the month of May, 3 guided tours were completed, each worth 35.00 EUR. Olivee.com has therefore collected a total of 105.00 EUR (including VAT). On June 15, the following month, Olivee.com will invoice mill X for mediation services in the amount of 21 EUR (which corresponds to the aforementioned 20% commission). The invoice will also include a list of all completed experiences. At the same time, we will send mill X the amount of 84 EUR.
