How do we choose which experience providers to work with?
Our selection is based on close cooperation with local experts, guides, and connoisseurs of olive oil, wine, and culinary experiences. We ensure that all the places whose experiences we offer provide their customers with first-class service and authentic local flavors.
How can I find a specific experience on the web?
You can search our website according to the following criteria - location, type of experience (e.g., olive oil tasting, wine tours, culinary workshops), or specific providers. You can also use the interactive map, which will present the experiences directly in their specific location. After clicking on the experience, you will be redirected to a page where you will find more detailed information and can book the experience immediately.
How does the reservation work?
Once you have chosen the experience you are interested in, all you have to do is choose the date, number of people, and other details, then send the reservation. At this stage, the price of the order will be blocked on your card, but not deducted. As soon as the provider accepts your order, a voucher summarizing all the necessary information will be sent to you by email. Only then is the payment made, and you will receive a confirmation of the purchase of the experience.
Can I check the status of my reservation?
You can find information about your reservations after logging in by clicking on the Reservations tab. Here you can view your previous and current reservations and all the details associated with them.
What about the order cancelation?
Of course, you can cancel your order - even completely free of charge and up to 24 hours before the event.
